In 2023, Brenley Rinaudo joined Nanny Network alongside Hartwell. She believed in what Hartwell had started and experienced its impact firsthand.

The two quickly realized they shared the same vision. To build a business that opened doors for other young women the same way doors had opened for them. What began as a simple conversation between friends became the foundation for HARTWELL: A staffing partner built on trust and powered by people.
